

DIRECTIONS
Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Pat dry with a tea towel and lay out on a baking sheet. When they are completely dry, bake for 30 minutes at 180C. Combine 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp of Salted Honey or Chilli Honey (if you like it spicy!), 2 tsp cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. While the chickpeas are still hot, coat with mixture. Bake for a further 5-10 minutes, then devour!
