These Chai Honey gelatine gummies are high in protein and are such a delicious snack, especially for kids!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of quality apple juice
- 3 tbsp Chai Honey
- 6 tbsp of quality gelatin
Method:
- In a saucepan add the juice and your gelatin sprinkled over the top (don't turn on the heat yet). Allow the gelatine to bloom for about 3-5 minutes and get all wrinkly.
- Turn your heat on low and allow the mixture to warm just enough to melt the gelatine.
- Remove your mixture from the heat and stir in your Chai Honey.
- Pour into moulds and place in fridge until gummies are set. Cut into squares or pop out of your moulds and store in the fridge!
