Rim a glass with Salted Honey (or Chilli Honey if you like heat), rim the edge with salt.
• Rim a glass with Salted Honey (or Chilli Honey if you like heat)
• Rim the edge with flaky salt
• Add ice to your glass of choice
• Add 2 1/2 ounces of gin
• Add 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth
• Add half a lime or lemon squeezed *optional
• Garnish with a lemon or lime
