- Five minutes before the hot cross buns are done, mix together 1 tablespoon of Salted Honey and 2 teaspoons of hot water.
- Pull the hot cross buns out of the oven, glaze them with the honey mixture, pop them back in the oven for 2 minutes and then let cool.
- Make a hot cup of tea, grab a hot cross bun, slather it in Whipped Salted Honey Butter and enjoy.
