We followed this recipe (https://www.thefoodieaffair.com/honey-lavender-scones/) from The Foodie Affair but opted our Espresso Honey for the regular honey and omitted the lavender, as well as formed them into round English like scones.
Directions:
Follow The Foodie Affair's recipe, add a scone or two to a plate, drench in Espresso Honey and enjoy with a cup of coffee so you can 'Have your coffee, and it eat it too!'.
