With only two ingredients, this gooey baked brie cheese with spicy Chilli Honey is the ultimate quick and easy appetiser. Best paired with a glass of chilled Chardonnay.
- 1 Brie Cheese Wheel
- Chilli Honey
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- Cut out a circle of baking paper that is twice the size of your brie wheel.
- Place Brie in the centre of the baking paper and cut 6 small slits in the top of the cheese.
- Fold baking paper over brie to enclose (don't worry if the edges come up a little)
- Bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Drizzle Chilli Honey all over while it's still hot and serve with your favourite crackers.
