DIRECTIONS
Combine 1 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup wholemeal flour, 3/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup Espresso Honey, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence. Roll into balls, place onto baking tray, flatten and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
