  • 1/2 cup nut butter (such as almond, cashew, or peanut) our favourite nut butters are Fix and Fogg or Alfie's Food Co.
  • 1/4 cup Salted Honey
  • Fresh fruit, for serving (such as sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, or grapes)


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the nut butter and honey. Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended and smooth.
  2. Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  3. Serve the dip with a platter of fresh fruits on the side.
  4. Dip the fruit pieces into the nut butter mixture and enjoy!
