  • 1 ripe banana
  • Small handful of macadamia nuts
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/4 cup of greek yoghurt 
  • 1 tablespoon chai honey
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Small handful of ice cubes



    1. Blend the ingredients: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie has a creamy consistency.

    2. Line your favourite glass with chai honey

    3. Adjust the consistency: If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk and blend again until desired consistency is achieved. If it's too thin, you can add a few more rolled oats or ice cubes and blend again.

    4. Serve: Pour the creamy banana, macadamia, honey smoothie into your prepared glass.
