Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- Small handful of macadamia nuts
- 1 medjool date
- 1/4 cup of greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chai honey
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Small handful of ice cubes
Instructions:

Blend the ingredients: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie has a creamy consistency.
- Line your favourite glass with chai honey

Adjust the consistency: If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk and blend again until desired consistency is achieved. If it's too thin, you can add a few more rolled oats or ice cubes and blend again.

Serve: Pour the creamy banana, macadamia, honey smoothie into your prepared glass.
