Ingredients:
- Puff pastry sheet (cut into four rectangles)
- Chai Honey
- Peeled and sliced apples
- Gewürzhaus Granola Spice (or a quality cinnamon)
- Egg for egg wash
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
- Place a large squeeze of Chai Honey in four spots evenly spaced on prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange 4-5 overlapping apple slices overtop of honey and sprinkle with Gewürzhaus Granola Spice.

Cover with puff pastry rectangle and crimp edges with fork.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle on more Gewürzhaus Granola Spice and bake for 15-20 minutes.
